Summary:
   Feeling down and discouraged happens to all of us, but the sensation usually passes after a while. However, when these feelings linger and develop into depression, it can start interfering with our daily life. While overcoming depression isn’t quick or easy, it’s far from impossible. The key is to start with small steps and build from there. Feeling better may take some time, but I hope that the articles in this issue of Motivated will encourage you that it is possible to overcome depression, and give some insight into how to take those first steps to happiness.
